Chum Crazy Charters is a fishing charter business that operates in the Backbay and Nearshore waters of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and Bonita Springs. We offer inshore fishing, fly fishing and nearshore reef/wreck fishing. Inshore fishing seems to be the more popular option and consists of fishing the mangroves and oyster bars with live bait fish. In the shallow backwaters we catch Redfish, Snook, Trout, Sharks, Snapper, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Sheepshead, and many more. The possibilities are endless. If one wants to venture out to a nearshore wreck or reef within 9 miles of shore we are equipped to do that as well. Our common catches on nearshore trips are Goliath Grouper ranging from 80lbs up to 500lbs, Kingfish, Snapper, Cobia, Sheepshead, Mackerel, and many others. We also offer shelling,sightseeing,custom trips and can accommodate larger parties requiring multiple boats and captains.
